Dadan — Wind in my life
January 22, 2010 by: gajoobNear as I can tell in babelfish Italian-to-English, Dadan Italian artist Dadan describes this album as taking simple music structures as building blocks to form more complicated pieces. And that describes these pieces well. The music is synth pop and Dadan takes a simple chord pattern and proceeds to build a variety of timbres and other simple arpeggio patterns around it. The result is light and breezy, like the title. It doesn’t venture away from the structure which proves a little unnerving, yet still interesting. There are eight pieces in all with my favorite piece being the final “dream begin (remix).”
