Djet – The Eremite

Djet (aka Alexander Lisovsky) is architect by formation but works now in design, scenography and music. He lives in Moscow and writes electronic experimental music since 2002. More specifically, he prefers to say that he draws music, using organic noises and sounds, instead of a pencil or a brush. His interests are in the synthesis of contrasts, rhythm and asymmetry.
This album has been written in one go and without essential subsequent corrections…
He went through it as in the writing of a novel, as a journey into the waves of his memories, through sands of the past and snows of the future, in attempt to look into the present eyes of the eremite…
This album’s found sonics and electronic manipulations ebb and flow and breath a tacit, reclusion. A hermit with his head voices chattering at echoes. Pulsating. In love with the dark.
